Unless you are very good at negotiating, someone who is could manipulate the situation and get your house for much less than it is worth.
If there are mistakes in the purchase contract simply from ignorance, you could be liable and get sued.
You can’t access the MLS service.
You will be missing out on proper marketing (from a good realtor).
It could end up costing you far more to list on your own.
